Carolyn is a Licensed Social Worker in the State of Washington, and can only provide therapy to clients located in that state at time of service. For couples therapy over video, both partners must be in the same room for the sessions. 

 

Carolyn is not paneled with any insurance companies and does not bill them directly. She will provide a superbill with all the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance company or to use with your HSA. You can pay with a credit card directly on her client portal. Superbills are prepared at the beginning of each month for the previous month. Should the fees become a barrier to your work with Carolyn, please ask about our sliding scale, which is offered whenever available for individual and couples therapy.

Individual Therapy Intake, inclusive of reports and contact with other providers: $250

Individual Therapy, 55 minutes: $200

Two Hour Couples Therapy Intake: $450

Two Hour Couples Therapy Session: $400

Ninety Minute Couples Therapy Session: $300

Couples Sessions over two hours prorated at $200/hr
