I'm an out-of-network provider, which means I don't bill insurance companies directly. After each session, you'll get a superbill with everything your insurance company needs to process reimbursement, and you can also use it toward your HSA or FSA. Superbills go out at the start of each month for the month before.

 

Payment is made by credit card or HSA card through my client portal.

 

My rates vary by location, since I'm licensed and hold different costs of practice across states. Email me at carolyn@carolynsharp.com and I'll walk you through the specifics for where you're located. Longer sessions are prorated to the time used, whatever the rate.

 

If cost is a barrier, I offer a limited sliding scale for individual and couples therapy when I have room for it. Intensive pricing is its own conversation, so just ask.
