CONSULTATION

I am available to perform professional consultation and trainings for the mental health or social service agency. Topics within my expertise in clinical subject matter are: Narrative Therapy, Strength Based Approaches to counseling youth; Behavior Modification for a variety of behavior problems; Developing Treatment Plans; Vicarious Traumatization, Human Development, Counseling and Personality Theories and Post Traumatic Stress. Topics within my expertise as a leader of staff development include: Communication; Teamwork/Teambuilding; Conflict Resolution; and Self Care. Additionally, I am a skilled facilitator and have led staff retreats for groups as small as 10 and as large as 175. I am skilled in utilizing Open Space Technology. I will also perform individual or small group consultation or mediation.
